Jesus Gaona, SUV Driver
- 3 Years with Snow Country
“I moved to Salt Lake City 3 years ago, and since then I have been working with Snow Country. Previous to my move, I worked in the hospitality industry and this has been the best change I have ever done because of the ability to have my own time. I have my own schedule, I have my own business. I realized my first year that if I worked hard I was able to secure myself financially. I really enjoy working for Snow Country.”

How does driving with Snow Country compare with other driver jobs?
Since our conception in 1999, Snow Country adopted the owner/operator model of business. This means that most drivers own their own business and we send work their way as contractors. We pay highly competitive wages that don't even compare to the international rideshare brands and we pride ourselves on the fact that our drivers are the highest paid in our market and industry. Our drivers have the opportunity to make a living wage and support a family within the higher cost-of-living communities we do business in.
Do I need my own car?
Yes, you do need your own car. If you don't have a car yet, we have programs and intel available to help finance and build your business from the ground up.
How often do I have to drive with Snow Country?
It's up to you! This is YOUR business. Rides may be preferenced on a seniority basis, so the longer you drive with Snow Country, the better your schedule can be!
